  • Alabama officially signs four-star prospect Collins Onyejiaka

    BY ALEJANDRO LOPEZ

Four-star prospect Collins Onyejiaka has officially signed to Alabama’s 2025 signing class, the team announced on Tuesday.

“Collins is a physical and imposing big who possesses great length at 6’11” with a 7’2” wingspan,” Alabama head coach Nate Oats said in an official statement. “Collins not only plays above the rim, but he also will be able to provide vertical pressure on the rim and will be able to offer some additional rim protection. Not only is he one of the best players out of Massachusetts but he is also a proven winner, having just led The Newman School to a NEPSAC championship.”

The 6-foot-11 big man averaged 9.5 points, 7.9 rebounds and 2.7 blocks per game in high school for The Newman School.

Onyejiaka will join Oats as a member of the No. 4-ranked signing class, according to 247Sports.
