Villanova’s hiring of Kevin Willard was a high-profile story in the college basketball landscape. Now, the fallout of that move is coming into effect as Villanova’s interim coach, Mike Nardi, is not expected to return as a member of its staff, sources tell ZAGSBLOG.
Nardi served as the program’s coach during The Crown tournament and is highly respected as a coach by his players and his peers.
He is sure to attract attention on the market as a valuable member of any program’s staff.
David Cox and Greg Manning are expected to join Willard’s staff, as Adam Zagoria previously reported. Kevin Norris will also join, per reports.
